How can I know when the bus will arrive at my destination?

During the trip, the conductor will provide updates on the expected arrival time and current location. Feel free to ask the conductor for assistance at any point during your journey.

Will I receive SMS updates about my bus departure or delays?

We do not send SMS alerts. However, passengers at the terminal will be notified directly. You may also call our office to get the latest information on departure times or any delays.

What are your office hours for bookings and inquiries?

Our offices are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can visit us or reach out at any time for assistance with bookings or other inquiries.

How do I reach customer care if I have a question or complaint?

You can contact us using the email address provided on our website. You can expect a response within 10 minutes during working hours.

What items are not allowed on the bus?

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following items are strictly prohibited on our buses: 1. Flammable items (e.g., fuel, gas, matches in bulk, explosives) 2. Illegal items (e.g., drugs, weapons, stolen goods) Passengers found with these items will not be allowed to board, and authorities may be notified.

What if I have more luggage than the standard allowance?

Yes, an extra fee applies for additional luggage. Please visit our office directly to pay the fee and arrange for your extra luggage before travel.

How much luggage can I bring?

You are allowed to bring one small bag that can fit inside the bus (typically under 5 kg). Any additional or larger luggage must be placed in the bus trunk. Please inform the conductor or driver when boarding.

Can I charge my phone on the bus?

Some of our buses are equipped with charging ports. Please confirm when booking.
